Crispy Roasted Tofu


  • 1/2 Block Firm Tofu
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius
  2. Chop your tofu into bite-sized cubes and place in a large bowl
  3. Add your spices, oregano, oil, lime juice, salt and pepper to your tofu
  4. Mix until all of your tofu pieces are evenly covered in your spices, oregano and oil
  5. Place your tofu evenly on a baking tray
  6. Place the tray in the oven for 30 mins until your tofu is crispy
