Ingredients
- 1/2 Block Firm Tofu
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Dash of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- Juice of half a lime
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius
- Chop your tofu into bite-sized cubes and place in a large bowl
- Add your spices, oregano, oil, lime juice, salt and pepper to your tofu
- Mix until all of your tofu pieces are evenly covered in your spices, oregano and oil
- Place your tofu evenly on a baking tray
- Place the tray in the oven for 30 mins until your tofu is crispy
