Guacamole is great for dipping, spreading and topping!


  • 1 ripe avocado (if it’s not soft it will be very hard to mash)
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 fresh red chilli
  • salt
  • pepper


1. Cut the avocado in half using a knife and remove the pit. Slice the avocado intro strips and scoop it out of the skin and into a bowl

2. Mash the avocado using a fork until there are no lumps and it is smooth

3. Chop the red onion and chilli (feel free to add more or less chilli depending on how much spice you want) into very fine chunks and add to the avocado

4. Season the avocado, onion and chilli with salt and pepper

5. Squeeze half a lime into the mixture

6. Mix all of the ingredients together until combined and fully mixed through

Serving Suggestion: Eat with tortilla chips; spread on sourdough; add to burrito/burrito bowl; add to grain bowl; dip veggies into it
