Ingredients
- 1 tin of chickpeas
- 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1tsp paprika
- 1tsp cumin
- 1tsp garlic powder
- Pinch chilli powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
- Drain your can of chickpeas (you can keep liquid from chickpeas, called aquafaba, for egg substitute or to make plant-based mayo) and pour them into a large bowl
- Add oil, spices, salt and pepper to the chickpeas and mix until they are all evenly coated
- Spread the chickpeas onto a baking tray. Make sure to line your baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet
- Pop the tray into the oven for 30 minutes
